On December 1st, we lit an Olympic torch Uptown to shed much-needed light on the mass killing, human suffering and displacement that is currently taking place in Darfur. Thank you so much to all of you that attended - it was an event that will not easily be forgotten. One person dies every five minutes in this atrocity - we cannot relent until the Sudanese government puts an end to the genocide.
